Lakes and Nature

Water views.  Breezes across the lakes.  Sunlit reflections at dawn.  Glorious evening sunsets.  Garden Lakes is home to two liquid assets, Lake Clenet and Lake Natura.  They provide a natural beauty that enhances property values.  These lakes are a part of the statewide water management system, which protects the community from flooding while replenishing the aquifer.  The borders and the lakes are common area property under the management of the Garden Lakes Community Association (GLCA), while the cost of slope maintenance for turf and trimming is paid by the adjoining components. For more information on our lakes, check out this FAQ Sheet from the Lakes Committee.
